About PaMi

In Taiwanese, the word "PaMi" refers to the sun-dried method originated from southern Taiwan, Guanmiao. Tseng Noodles selected "PaMi" as the brand name because of the unique traditional sun-dried process.

 

PaMi noodles are made by the simplest ingredients: wheat flour, water and salt without any additives The noodles are rich in minerals and vitamins and exude a faint scent of the sunlight. Meanwhile, PaMi noodles are al dente and provide a special chewy mouthfeel.

Due to the special sun-dried method, PaMi noodles can be preserved at room temperature for a long shelf life. It’s an option that saves both cost and energy.


Different types of PaMi noodles are customized with different sauces for foodies around the world to create the best tasting experiences.

Fresh Delicacy Company was established in 2014. Promoting Taiwan’s Sun-dried Noodles to every corner of the world is the goal.

To achieve perfection, we selected the best ingredients to ensure the quality. As well, we innovated and built a sunlight house and further added air intake devices, so that in addition to the sunlight, the air in the sunlight house is safe and dust-free.
